Three Questions

Three Questions

1) Question: If the goal is to be happy, and if it feels good to gossip about others, do harmful things to them, or wish them ill, why is that bad?

Answer:  Doing harmful things to others or speaking negatively about them might provide temporary satisfaction, but this happiness is fleeting. The universe operates like an echo chamber, reflecting back what we put out. This can happen through karma, where our actions have consequences, and also through the universe's response to our energy.

2) Question: Why do people still do it, If it's temporary happiness?

Answer:  People often engage in harmful behavior/action or negative speech or negative wishes for others for immediate gratification. They fail to consider the long-term consequences. Those who are primarily driven by their senses or moods may overlook the bigger picture and act impulsively. When karma and the universe respond, they may still fail to recognize the connection and blame others or God for their misfortunes.

3) Question: How can one resist or do not fall into this vicious situation in first place?

Answer: If you find yourself caught in a negative cycle, there is a way out. The first step is to acknowledge your responsibility for your circumstances. Stop blaming others or external factors. Focus on your thoughts, as they are the root of your actions. Meditation can help you clear your mind and improve your ability to handle challenging situations. In some cases, it may even help to change those situations. While results may not be immediate, consistent practice over time can lead to positive transformation.
