*Time* :The relentless ticking of the clock dictates our lives. Whether sprinting to a meeting, scrambling to meet deadlines, or chasing after fleeting moments of joy, we are all running against time. Some people rush to improve their lives, while others enjoy the small moments. But regardless of our goals, it feels like time is chasing us.
Are we all controlled by time? Can we change it? Perhaps we live on the edge of a giant spinning wheel of time that goes in different directions. It might be tempting to break free from time, but that's not the answer. Instead, we can try to get closer to the center of the wheel, where time has less power. Meditation is one way to do this, as it helps us move towards the center.
When we meditate and connect with something greater than ourselves - whether we call it God, Divine, or Param Bhram - we are pulled towards the core of our existence, the source of everything. In this special place, we escape the boundaries of time. This connection has a deep and lasting effect on our lives and manifests in two ways: individuals who regularly connect with the Divine tend to age more gracefully, retaining their youthful vibrancy. Additionally, their lives seem to flow easily, as they consistently make optimal choices, leading to positive outcomes. Even when things are tough, these people have a strong inner strength that helps them turn bad stuff into chances to learn and grow. They have assurance from within that time is on their side, no matter the present situation.
By regular practice of meditation, a person gets transformed into the esteemed state of a yogi. Unfettered by the limitations of time, the yogi attains a profound understanding of their true essence, embarking on a continuous path of personal evolution. In this refined state, the yogi's actions align seamlessly with the cosmic rhythm, paving the way for their spiritual ascent toward self-realization. Life unfolds as an abundance of health, wealth, wisdom, love, peace, and joy, each aspect radiating from their harmonious connection with the Divine. The yogi transcends the boundaries of individual existence, recognizing their inseparable oneness with the boundless expanse of time.
