We all have a natural desire to connect with something greater than ourselves. We call that greater as Divine/GOD/Param Brham. Sometimes, worries might make us feel distant from that connection. But the Divine presence is always within us, waiting to be discovered.
Once that connection gets established, all anxiety/worries/ troubles/problems fade away. GOD resides in all of us and we just need to make an effort to connect to him. There is no greater offering than offering of your silence to him. It is greater then any material gift such as sweets or flowers or any other offering. Meditation is one of the great ways to connect to him.

Our negative thoughts are like weeds. They pop up easily, and we often try to mow them down with logic, only to have them sprout again later. We mistakenly believe things will improve passively, but just like weeds, those thoughts will grow back without effort.
Good times in life can be like a scorching summer, when is extra bright– they keep those weeds at bay. But when storms roll in, the weeds flourish again.
To truly break this cycle, we need to go beyond just trimming the surface. We need a method to dig up the roots. Meditation is a powerful tool for this. Through meditation, we can develop the awareness to identify these negative thoughts and cultivate the strength to uproot them permanently.
