Love is a universal power that can transform our lives and connect us with something greater than ourselves. It is more than just an emotion i.e. profound energy that can be cultivated and harnessed to bring about positive change in our lives. It has the power to dissolve negativity, attract positivity, and connect us with the Divine on a deeply personal level.
While the Divine/God/Param Bhram may seem distant and unattainable, he is actually within each of us. We can open ourselves up to the Divine's presence by cultivating unconditional love in our hearts. This profound truth is exemplified in the Ramayana, where Lord Hanuman's unwavering devotion to Sita and Ram is a perfect example. His love was so pure and intense that it drew the Divine in the form of Sita and Ram to him. In the same way, Meera Bai's deep love for Krishna showed this strong connection.
Love is a powerful magnet that can attract anything we desire, including a connection with the Divine/God/Param Bhram. If we focus wholeheartedly on the Divine without seeking any personal gain, we will inevitably be drawn closer to him. We can focus on any form of the Divine that resonates with us, whether it be Divine Mother, Father, Friend, or something else entirely.
To deepen our connection with the Divine, we must cultivate a constant state of love. We should think of the Divine as our beloved, always keeping it in our thoughts and hearts. Just as a lover is lost in the thought of their beloved, we should lose ourselves in the thought of the Divine.
Meditation is a powerful tool for cultivating Divine love. By closing our eyes and focusing on the Divine within, we can connect with it on a deeper level. Divine love is a path of continuous growth and transformation. As we deepen our love for the Divine, the more loving, caring, and connected we become to everything around us.
