Resilience in Rest

Life is a roller coaster of emotions, with ups and downs, twists and turns. It's unpredictable, exciting, and often challenging. It's easy to get caught up in the past or the future, but the only moment that truly matters is the present.

Our minds are wired to be restless, and it often crave the excitement of the past or the anticipation of the future. But this constant restlessness can prevent us from fully enjoying the present moment.

Meditation is a powerful tool for teaching our minds to rest. When we meditate, we focus on ourself and our present experience. This can be difficult at first, but with practice, our minds learn to become more still. Helping us to be in present moment. 

When we can live in the present moment, we are better able to appreciate the beauty of life and find solutions to our problems. We are also more resilient in the face of challenges.
