We should fully focus on whatever we’re doing. A diamond seller thinks about diamonds all the time, even when they’re not at work. In the same way, a yogi is always focused on connecting with a higherself.
Even in a busy place like Las Vegas or NYC or Boston or Delhi or London, a yogi would still be thinking about this deeper connection. When yogi is alone, yogi look for innner exploration and seek the nothingness. When they are with others, thought of Divine/GOD never fades, like a person in love. The lover is always fixated on beloved and continuously drawn toward the beloved.
Yoga isn’t just something you do; it’s how you live. It’s about changing yourself from the inside out. It’s about becoming so connected to something bigger that you feel like one with it.
